What can Mr Europe supply for your project?

Choose from four system categories covering seven catalogue products. Established system configurations: select a commercial vending machine, locker or kiosk model and agree its supported hardware, technology and branding options. Bespoke projects: discuss a purpose-designed housing or project-specific development separately, with integration and service responsibilities agreed in the quotation.

Smart parcel lockers & click and collect

The Click & Collect Automated Machine (EL-37566s) supports automated parcel collection, with modular compartment layouts, touchscreen or app-based operation and custom branding. A dedicated API enables project-specific connections to external systems. Integration with your retailer, logistics or access platform must be scoped and agreed.

What is included in a complete system?

A complete machine configuration includes the relevant electronic and mechanical equipment specified for that system. Your quotation should distinguish three elements:

Housing-only and fabricated-component projects remain a separate supply route. Tell us whether you need a complete system or an enclosure for equipment supplied by you or another specialist.

Which option suits your location and users?

Start with what users need to do and where the system will operate, then assess the equipment and configuration against that brief.

  • Intended function and expected usage
  • Available footprint and height
  • Indoor or outdoor location and exposure conditions
  • Product or parcel dimensions
  • User access, loading and servicing space
  • Existing equipment and required interfaces

State any project-specific access or environmental requirements so they can be assessed against the proposed design.

Can the system be tailored to my project?

Yes. System configurations can be tailored to the application, with options for branding, cabinet layouts, compartments, screen formats and equipment interfaces where the selected model supports them. Bespoke housings can also be developed to an agreed specification.

Provide the screen, module or component drawings before agreeing openings and mountings. Fabricating an opening or fixing point is different from integrating, testing or approving the equipment installed within it.

Can you support a prototype before a larger rollout?

Yes. Prototype-to-production support is available where your project needs bespoke development. Agree whether the review covers a housing sample, physical fit or a functional system, along with its cost, test scope and approval responsibilities.

  • Review the intended function, equipment and integration requirements
  • Develop a prototype or sample housing where needed
  • Check dimensions, physical fit and service access against the agreed brief
  • Approve the production specification, quantities and delivery requirements

Agree who will test the complete system, integrate software and give final approval. Mr Europe offers UK and European manufacturing options with UK-based project support; the production route is agreed for your project. Explore manufacturing support for further information.

Who handles installation, integration and support?

Responsibilities must be set out in the project scope before ordering. Mr Europe provides UK-based communication, customisation and project coordination. The quotation should identify the equipment, technology and services included for the chosen system.

Agree who supplies and configures software, payment processing, access systems and connectivity. Where a system connects to your own platform or equipment, define the interface, development work, testing and approval responsibilities with the relevant suppliers.

Delivery, physical installation, electrical connection, configuration and commissioning are separate tasks. Agree responsibility for each, along with warranty, maintenance and technical support for the complete system.

What affects the cost of my project?

The quotation depends on the selected system, dimensions, configuration, compartment layout, hardware, software and quantity. Development, prototypes, assembly, packing and delivery also affect the total. Any integration or installation services need a separate agreed scope.

Bringing European Prices to the UK. Share the required function, equipment specification and quantities so the team can assess a relevant system or bespoke supply route and quotation.

Can you work towards my project launch date?

Share the target date early so equipment supply, configuration and any development work can be planned together. Fast turnaround is a priority; timing depends on the specification, approvals, component availability, quantity and production schedule.

A completed housing does not mean the full system is ready to operate. Allow for equipment supply, integration, installation and commissioning in your overall launch plan.

Questions about your vending, locker or kiosk project

Do you supply complete machines or housings?

Complete vending machines, parcel and vending lockers, and self-service kiosk configurations are available. Housings and fabricated components are also available separately; state which supply route your project needs.

Can a housing be made around my existing equipment?

A bespoke housing can be assessed against your equipment specification. Provide dimensions, mounting points, connection locations and service-clearance requirements; compatibility needs to be checked for the proposed design.

Can parcel lockers connect to our existing platform?

The EL-37566s click-and-collect system supports external integration through a dedicated API. Agree the target platform, interface requirements, development work and testing scope for your project; compatibility is not automatic.

Are software, screens, locks and payment systems included?

Complete configurations include the hardware and technology specified for the chosen system. Payment options, software, remote management and access interfaces vary by model. Confirm licences, connectivity, payment processing and any third-party integrations in the quotation.

Can I review a prototype before production?

Yes. Prototype support is available for bespoke development. Agree whether you need a housing sample or functional review, the associated cost and testing responsibilities before approving production.

What information helps you prepare a quote?

Provide the product category, housing or complete-system requirement, intended use and location, dimensions, equipment specifications, quantity, branding, integration responsibilities, target date and delivery location.
