Storage Racks & Shelving

Practical storage for stockrooms, workplaces and commercial premises

Find storage racks and commercial shelving suited to your stock, available space and day-to-day access. Mr Europe supplies the Z-H125 rack range and configurable storage options, with UK-based support to discuss dimensions, quantities and the specification required for your application.

Share what you need to store, the space available and your required date so the team can assess a suitable supply option.

What storage racks and shelving can you supply?

Standard and configurable shelving: explore Z-H125 racks, storage-bay configurations and system-specific accessories for stockrooms and workplaces. Confirm the available dimensions, shelf arrangements and documented capacity for the selected system. Bespoke storage: discuss a requirement beyond the range separately; an existing rack must not be altered without assessment.

Z-H125 shelving

A storage rack range for business storage enquiries. Explain the items you need to hold and how often they are accessed, so the required shelf arrangement and documented capacity can be confirmed.

Configurable storage bays

Discuss bay height, width and the number of shelf levels against your stock and available space. The available dimensions and configurations must be confirmed for the selected system.

Accessories and add-ons

Ask which accessories are available for the proposed rack and what they do. Specify the exact system when enquiring about additions; compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.

Confirm whether the quotation is for an existing standard product, a made-to-order configuration or bespoke development. A standard product is not necessarily held in stock. For retail product presentation, see shop furniture and display fixtures.

Which shelving is right for my stock and available space?

Start with the stock and how it is handled, then assess the space and the specification together.

  • Items to store, including their dimensions and individual weights
  • Total storage quantity and the weight expected on each shelf
  • Available width, depth and height
  • How stock will be loaded, picked and accessed
  • Intended environment and any likely changes in storage needs

Include access routes and any existing site requirements in your brief. A photograph or room size alone is not enough to select a suitable configuration.

Can the shelving be configured to fit my space?

Bay dimensions and shelf-level arrangements can be discussed against your requirements. Confirm the available height, width, depth and number of levels for the system proposed in your quotation.

Product configuration is different from custom manufacturing. Ask whether shelf positions can be adjusted, whether extension bays are available and which accessories are compatible with the exact system. Existing components should not be mixed with another system without confirmation.

How much weight can the shelving hold?

The team must confirm the documented load specification for the proposed system before you order. Capacity depends on the model, bay dimensions, shelf arrangement and required assembly or installation conditions.

  • Per shelf or level: the permitted load on one level
  • Per bay: the permitted total across the bay, which is a separate limit
  • Loading conditions: whether a rating assumes a uniformly distributed load, meaning weight spread evenly across the shelf
  • Configuration conditions: the specified components, bracing and any fixing requirements

Provide the weight and placement of your stock, including concentrated loads. Do not use a photograph or a general description such as “industrial shelving” as a load rating.

Is the shelving supplied assembled or ready to build?

Confirm the delivery format and assembly requirements for the selected system in your quotation. Delivery, unpacking, assembly and site installation are separate parts of the supply scope.

Ask for the correct manufacturer instructions and confirm the required fixings, anchoring, tools and responsibilities before the goods arrive. Any assembly or installation service must be expressly agreed; do not assume a rack can be used without anchoring.

Include the delivery location and any access restrictions in your enquiry so the delivery scope can be assessed.

How much will my storage racks or shelving cost?

The price depends on the system, bay dimensions, number of bays and shelf levels, required capacity, materials, finish and any accessories. Delivery and any agreed assembly, installation or bespoke development also affect the quotation.

Bringing European Prices to the UK. Send your stock requirements, space dimensions and quantities so the team can assess a relevant configuration and quote.

How quickly can you supply my shelving?

Share your required delivery date at the start. Fast turnaround is a priority; timing depends on the chosen system, quantity, configuration, confirmed stock status and any production requirements.

Ask which items are available and which require manufacture. Agree the schedule once the specification and supply scope are confirmed.

Can you help with bespoke storage or multiple locations?

Discuss bespoke requirements and repeat quantities with the team so the appropriate supply route can be assessed. Mr Europe offers UK-based communication and UK and European manufacturing options for bespoke projects; the production location is agreed for the project.

Where a new storage frame or component needs development, discuss sample or prototype support through manufacturing. This does not mean an existing shelving system can be altered without assessment. Include quantities and delivery locations for multi-site enquiries; delivery coordination and site work require separate agreement.

Questions about choosing your storage system

What information do you need to assess suitable shelving?

Provide the stored items, their dimensions and weights, the quantity to hold, available space and how stock will be accessed. Include the environment, required date and delivery postcode.

What dimensions and configurations are available?

The available bay dimensions and shelf-level arrangements are confirmed for the proposed system. Share the width, depth and height you can accommodate so an appropriate option can be assessed.

What is the capacity per shelf and per bay?

Request the documented ratings for the exact proposed configuration. Per-shelf and per-bay limits are separate; confirm the loading conditions and installation requirements that apply to both.

Can I change shelf heights or extend the system later?

Confirm adjustment and extension options for the exact system before ordering. Keep the original specification and component details when discussing later additions, so compatibility and capacity can be checked.

Is assembly or installation included?

Only work expressly agreed in your quotation is included. Confirm delivery format, assembly responsibilities, required fixing or anchoring and any installation service before ordering.

Can shelving be used outdoors or in damp areas?

Suitability must be confirmed for the selected product and environment. State moisture exposure, temperature and any other environmental requirements in your brief; indoor shelving should not be assumed suitable outside.
